"This was my second stay at the RIU Palace Baja California. It’s been 5 years. Not a whole lot has changed about the property since that time. Like all things, there’s been some wear and tear. Maybe there could be a few upgrades to the rooms. In men, the marble around the sinks was chipped. The sofa in the seating area has lost its firmness. I sat down and sank all the way down. "I loved our room the property was so beautiful & clean. Staff was so nice i mean extremely welcoming. Restaurants & the servers were super attentively nice. The welcome drink was so delightful i wanted one all the time. Lol Thank you for the hospitality i felt at home!"

"Property could use some maintenance items addressed, lots of burnt out light bulbs in halls, stairwells. Room patio door handle was loose and did not lock securely. Buffet was almost the same every day except for an item or two that was featured. Did not try the al a carts as I was a single diner and the dining rooms did not look that inviting, at least the buffet had a beautiful view. Overall I enjoyed a relaxing time. Staff were friendly and Oscar was wonderful in the buffet area."

"Excellent get away. Staff was extremely attentive. The only negative is the evening entertainment can get very loud and can be heard from most rooms. Management did move us to another room on far east side of property which helped mitigate the noise issue. Otherwise perfect trip. "

"The people made this stay the best. We were concerned when we first arrived with the mountain view suite villas, but asked for an upgrade to the main resort. All employees were extremely kind and genuine. Thank you Dining staff, Migel, Chuoy, Alex, Viktor, Esther and a couple other staff members, Alejandro (host), Martinez (security), Cristbal ( Front desk manager). "This property is huge! 4 beaches & 4 pools. So many activities. A dream vacation for those who like tennis, pickleball, volleyball or basketball....among other activities.
