Overall satisfied. Second time booking it when im visiting Mexico City. Metro and bus stations are nearby that you can walk. And since they are built next to the shopping center. You really don't have to get out of the building to grab a bite or watch a movie. Lastly since the parking is underground, im very comfortable parking my vehicle since its secured.

Second time here in 7 months and it’s the best. Gym, Starbucks, other stores in the Plaza next door exit the sliding glass doors take 2 steps and your inside the Plaza. Safe area.

The customer service excellent , but the bathroom when you take a shower the water comes out, the shower curtain to small, they don’t have display for the soap inside the shower and I select to pay at the hotel and they charge to my credit card before I arrive.

I went to Mexico last week for 3 nights I stayed on this Hotel, for what I was looking for it was good, I wanted something cheap with breakfast included, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was okay, the Hotel was really clean and the staff was amazing, the only thing was the location, is in a neighborhood that is not for tourists, and is a lots of traffic, I will definitely go to another Express more close to the tourist city side next time, to avoid the traffic and to walk around. But if you don’t mind that is a really good Hotel, is inside a nice plaza and you get to rest good.

I am very sensitive of the smells and I get asthma attacks with cleaning products. My room was just cleaned and the chemicals were so strong to smell so I requested to get another room and the person at front desk moved me to another room. That room was better cleaned but the smell was less.
