"We enjoyed our stay at this Kasa property for a business trip. It felt like a small apartment and for what we paid and considering the size, and decor of the apartment, and that it’s walkable, quiet, and in the heart of Miami Beach you really can’t beat it. The parking garage is just across the street and had our car parked there for 3 days and only cost $55 total. Cant find that anywhere in Miami. Overall great stay for a couple or for a business trip. "

"Great condo, very quiet, security guards make you feel welcome, and absolutely loved the pool being open and sitting by it enjoying my kids and husband. Definitely worth the money"

"We had a great stay!! The price is amazing for Miami and the room and hotel were clean and spacious. We had all the amenities we needed and it was a 2 min walk from ocean drive with plenty of shops and restaurants around! The front staff was so accommodating to our early check in request and so nice! "

"The room was clean and had everything you needed for the first time. There is a supermarket and several restaurants nearby. Close to the beach. The room did not have a balcony, next time I will only take one with a balcony. There are several points that require cosmetic repairs."

"Very unique hotel. Not the fancy Ritz Carlton but has a Lot more personality and was very clean. I think playfully Eclectic. My room had a small kitchen with a pretty large open veranda. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again."

"Pool was under construction. Didn’t receive code for room information and had to jump through hops to get it. Area was somewhat clean- for Miami. Miami can get dirty due to beach location. Bathrooms could be updated. Valet was good. Pretty quick for the most part. I just wouldn’t recommend trying to leave around check out time if you’re just going to explore. "

"Adore this hotel! I been staying here for years. Never a miss, rooftop bar is always a bonus. Beach right at front. Would recommend going to THE PALACE for great entertainment/ enjoyment. "

"The property is in a fantastic location. If you're not going to spend a lot of time in the room this place is for you...rate is exceptional room was a 7.. out of 10 for well-known travelers probably a 5. I kind of expected more based on the location....let down there ... I was hoping for an 8. Area is definitely a 10.. The rooms could use some cleaning up... But did have a full kitchen and the fridge and the shower which made my day. ... I would stay there again especially for the cost.....
