I went with family (my mom and a kid) and was not at all appropriate to stay there. There was no elevator and we had to luggage to take to 3rd floor. When I arrived, there was no one at front desk to attend and I waited for 30 mins and I decided to leave the place and not check in there and they said they would not refund any money.

We had a great stay!! The price is amazing for Miami and the room and hotel were clean and spacious. We had all the amenities we needed and it was a 2 min walk from ocean drive with plenty of shops and restaurants around! The front staff was so accommodating to our early check in request and so nice!

This is a great property because it’s in walking distance of everything! The beach is about a 10 min walk, and there are numerous restaurants available all in walking distance! There are tons of shops and stores that you can literally walk to, that offer different experiences and really good food! Judda and Rosie were also very helpful during the stay! The price is very competitive and they let me do a late check out for about $30! I had such a good time there with my family and can’t wait to go back! I can’t stress enough how many stores and restaurants are near this hotel! Also being on Collin’s Ave is classic! Yes I recommend!

Me and family stayed here Mother's Day weekend. I can't express enough how much the location of property meant. It is in walking distance of everything. From shopping, restaurant's and 1 block from Ocean Dr. We were all satisfied with the cleanliness of the lobby and the rooms. The one down fall for one of our family members was the room was on the 3rd fl. and there are no elevators. And the hotel was completed booked. Even with that said I took a count of everyone who stayed in my group at Nine 20. We all agreed we would stay here again.

I would recommend a full body mirror in the room, somewhere to put dirty dishes, a mat for the bathroom because the shower water leaks onto the floor easily, and a bigger trash can. Overall was a nice stay.

No AC control room hot, you hear EVERYTHING, hallways outside everyone who comes in and out, door closing. Baby roaches in bathroom as soon as lights were turned on crawling all ovwr bathroom sink. Super hard bed. Wouldn't take this place even if offered free.

first night they gave us a room that had someone inside . so we basically opened their door at 1 am ish … poor guy thought we prob robbing him or something . then the property manager said oh he gave us the trouble room and code but that means he can give it to anyone and people can go to their rooms cause they have the code . people don’t know u have to click lock when u leave so most of the doors are always open . anyways they switched and we couldn’t sleep until 4 am ish cause they told us someone will come to fix the ac … no one ever came we had to go downstairs twice to talk to the guy that sells tickets in there for tours . smh anyways there’s more towels and everything u need you have to go down stairs and there is only person in the front usually and that person is usually never there cause he or she is always away trying to get peoples towels and stuff so always a big group of people just waiting …. then the tour guy ppls always ask u a million ques on how come your not getting a tour with him …. come on . anyways last day i left my gold earrings and i remember the cleaning lady that went in at 11:05 am . cause check out is 11 am on the dot . they said it’s not there … i had to text and call them many times . also if u leave anything good luck getting it back i read other reviews that they don’t ever help send stuff back or what not . also everything is thru your cell via texts they only pick up when u check in . that’s the ONLY time they pick up
