They are under construction, charged $90 for a resort fee (it’s not a resort), the fire alarms kept going off. They didn’t put a car on my room so I way paying to get in/out every time. The customer service is lacking- it’s not there. - I only chose the hotel because I was evacuating from the hurricane where my home took a direct hit. I’ll never stay at another terrible Sonesta. It was beautiful, they have been remodeling and are still in the process but still looked awesome. I didnt realize it was a pet friendly hotel, and due to the hurricane, MANY dogs were there. It was ok, we just didnt expect that many, cant wait to go back though when its completely done.
