"Escolhi este hotel por ser "pet friendly" e prometer um ambiente simples e natural, ideal para descanso e trabalho. Apesar das boas avaliações, me arrependi e saí em 24 horas. **Ambiente:** Linda natureza, mas falta de profissionalismo em alimentação, segurança, limpeza e manutenção. **Alimentação:** Restaurante fechado, apenas delivery de pizza ou lanche ruim. Refeições não recolhidas, sem opções durante a semana. **Acomodações:** Quarto mal limpo, sem amenidades básicas, poucas tomadas, cama desconfortável, sem Wi-Fi. **Higiene:** Quarto e banheiro sujos, com cabelos e insetos mortos. **Lazer:** Piscinas sujas e sem manutenção, áreas externas com dejetos de animais. **Restaurante:** Ambiente sujo com cachorros circulando entre mesas. **Segurança:** Fechadura quebrada, quarto vulnerável, me senti insegura. **Conclusão:** Local com potencial, mas falta de hospitalidade e profissionalismo comprometem o sucesso."

"Property was advertised as having wifi. It turns out, the connection in the room was spotty and very slow when it did work. It was impossible to conduct my online meetings in the hotel during my stay. I complaint at the reception and discussed the situation with Expedia. I checked out after two of the 5 day stay. The hotel would not agree to allow Expedia to reimburse me for the three days I did not stay. Expedia should be responsible for ensuring any claims, such as the availability of wifi, is indeed the case. This had a major impact on my trip."
