"I throughly enjoyed my visit and have only a few recommendations: 1. Adding ceiling fans or a tall quiet oscilating fan to each room. This would help reduce some of the usage of the AC. 2. Provide instructions for food or beverage delivery meaning where can the items be securely dropped off and picked up. 3. Provide a list of several of the restaurants, convienence stores, and theatres which are in walking distance of the hotel. "

"The hotel in general is good. The only thing i am skeptical about is the price range for this kind 4 or 5 star accommodation. Compared to other big cities around the world like Tokyo, Shanghai, London, Paris and so on, this was by far the most expensive experience i had. Nothing to do about that, it is just the overrated newyork."

"It is a small boutique hotel, so don't expect a lot of perks. The staff is very nice. The gym is pretty much non-existent, so don't come for the gym (the way I did). It's great access to Grand Central and East side transportation."
