"My stay was very good. There was a glitch with WiFi. I must give kudos to the IT gentleman that repaired the issue. He explained what happened and informed me he had checked connectivity outside my room and even shared with me the display on his phone with the upload and download speeds. My room was on the 9th Floor. I was blessed with an excellent housekeeper. She was extremely pleasant and kind. My next trip to Houston will definitely be this property with a request for a room on the 9th Floor"

"Had a problem with airport shuttle, (driver did not show up at the right time). Problem resolved by desk manager who got someone else to drive. Got very anxious about not making it to the airport. We got to gate ok. Tks."

"We LOVE this Hilton. But in our bathroom, one of the amenities boxes (that was supposed to have q-tips, etc. in it) was just an empty box and the mothwash was already opened. The seal was broken. Made us nervous to use it and it just looked full so it was put right back on the sink. Also, elevators were super slow when we got there, and then eventually were out of service the whole time we were there. Only the far one past the help desk was working. Bartender was great as always and front staff...
