"It’s a lovely hotel and location is good. Staff at the front desk can be a little more friendly. Housekeeping was not being attentive. Tea bags were not replaced after being used. We had 2 rooms. One of the rooms, there was no shampoo but instead, 2 bottles of handwash. In the other room, one of the pumps was not working and we had to alternate the pump from the 2 bottles.
