I have stayed at hundreds of hotels in my life. The two minutes that my family and I stayed at this hotel was the worst experience of our lives. From stains on the carpets and sheets- to literal live spiders in the beds— and the urine smell. This hotel was horrible. After checking in, I went in the room with my family— and then back to the service desk two minutes later to demand a refund. The cashier was hesitant to refund my money, but did only because the person behind me in line begged for a room and the motel was at capacity. The motel room was like being trapped in the bathroom at a 24 hour truck stop. Expedia should be embarrassed about renting such shoddy and disgusting hotel rooms on your page. Being 300 miles away from home and on vacation, we were lucky to find a room at a motel 6 nearby— the motel 6 wanted $60 more for the room (still cheaper than what I would have paid on Expedia for the same room at the same motel), but there weren’t any spiders on the bed or other wildlife in the room, so it was worth shelling out the extra $60.

HEALTH CONCERNS! BEDBUGS! DO NOT STAY My family and I got off the road at about 11pm from a long trip. Check in went great but that was the ONLY good thing. We were supposed go stay in room 24. I don't EVER share poor reiviews, but this is a MAJOR health concern! Coming up to the door there was what looked like bullet holes! Opening the door we were hit with a damp, urine smell. The carpets were filthy with burn holes and damp, bedding had burn holds, hair and pubic hair all over the sheets and pillows. The box springs and mattresses were filthy like they had been pulled out of a dumpster and one was covered in what looked like blood. Pillows could hardly be called pillows, they were incredibly flat. The bathroom was a wreck, dirty, water in tub leaked, you couldn't turn it off, door was falling apart, toilet was not secured, door stop was rusted to death and falling odd the wall. There was an abundant amount mold in the bathroom and around the AC unit, which you can definitely smell and it gets worse. BED BUGDS! My daughter had them in her purse and they scattered when she moved it, checked beds and yep! BED BUGS!... we immediately got out, put our stuff in the back of our truck and had to find other accommodations. We were there for less than an hour. Ive stayed in places all across the country & out of the country, this takes #1 as worst ever!!!! Please spare yourselves. This is a MAJOR HEALTH CONCERN!

Stayed for the weekend with 5 grandkids for a trip to The Watering Hole. Had a triple room and we enjoyed ourselves. The room was big, clean and the bed was comfy. We weren't in the room much anyway. The housekeeper was so nice and the sweetest person! We left her a tip, she deserved it, was 7 of us. Not that we left the room in disarray but still. It's not a 4 or 5-star motel and it's a bit on the country side in some ways - no phone in the room and a lot of fields but I'm a country girl, so we were good. It was a good place to get some rest!

Property was very clean, beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water, great water pressure. Stayed Friday to Sunday in a triple room. The room was ample size. Front desk staff was very friendly. Only two slight downsides, we did have to ask for extra towels, and the outdoor pool was drained so was not usable. Otherwise we absolutely would stay here again! It was an awesome experience and the decorations around the property were hilarious! People leaving bad reviews may be expecting more of a Holiday Inn vibe, rather than a true Motel vibe.

Filthy bedding with excrement stains and the whole room smelled like cat urine. The tv had a line through it and all the outlets sparked when we tried to charge our phones. The person at check in was very unprofessional and used strong curse words. There seemed to be people living in the rooms next to us and talking loudly outside well into the night. We didn’t feel safe with our family.

So first off let me say, this was absolutely my fault. I read the review and thought “it can’t be that bad”…. It is. I actually went to the wrong Wolf Inn at first and the guy was nice, called ahead to let them know I was on my way since we were getting close to midnight. The employee at actual hotel was nice too, very talkative but nice. So we take out key, grab our stuff and head to our room. Mind you I was prepped with low expectations… the smell when we opened the door was so bad! I immediately tried to crack a window, which you can’t. I turned the air on to try and atleast move some air around. It smelled like stale cigarettes, old fried food, and sweat. The cheap Amazon duvet covers had holes in them. The pillows were about an inch thick. The carpet was so gross and had holes all over. Luckily I had a sheet and some blankets in the car. We slept on a sheet and used our own blankets (which all immediately went in to the washer as soon as we got home). Idk if I’ve left a bad review and I kind of felt bad but I do not want anyone to be in the position I was. I’m mostly mad at my self because I should have known better. Clearly I was trying to be cheap and you definitely get what you pay for. However even at the $80 I feel like this was just not okay.

It was very dirty. We registered with 4 ppl. We had 2 beds, 1 pillow on each bed and 2 towels. We had to walk to the front desk 2 buildings away. due to no phone in room and ask for me. They seriously said we have no more pillows here is a couple of throw pillows (little squared ones). Gave us two hand towels and said I can't believe you were only left with two towels I'll look into that. The lamps that were in the room had no lamp shades or even worked. The other two ppl that stayed in our room motorcycle starter went out. We had to have it towed 4 hrs. home. They said we could do an hr. late check out but after that we would have to sit in the laundry room until our ride got there. It was an hr. and 10 mins, and they were haunting us walking to our room to make us leave and get the keys. Needless to say, next year I'd rather sleep in a tent in a corn field during bike week than stay there again
