"Avril offered us a real bed and breakfast experience, meaning we felt like we were invited to stay the night in her home. We had a long interesting chat in the morning. If people want more of a "quick-and-easy" hotel experience, perhaps this is not the place for you. The room was beautiful with view on the sea, the house was very nice: we felt like the time had stopped for a bit which is exactly what we were looking for. Many thanks Avril for making our stay so enjoyable. "

"The bedroom appeared to be clean but when I moved one of the beds and a bedside cabinet there was rubbish behind and under the furniture. I had to move the bed to gain access to the wardrobe. The bathroom, however, was not clean at all. There was rubbish on the floor and it was filthy. The shower door didn’t open fully because the sink was in the way. The room was so small it was awful. The shower door did not close properly as it was warped at the bottom. We didn’t use it whilst we were there...

" The room was amazing. I rang up to try to upgrade but the manager assured me that we had a good room. And it felt like the best. For a standard room [rice we had a large ground floor room with an entrance to a patio and the lovely back garden. The staff were amazing and so helpful , and the breakfast and lunch were excellent."
