"Good for families, spacious rooms. The bathrooms are very old though and were not spotless clean either. The f&b area and playground are great."

The only aspect I didn’t like was, that the apartment wears extremely dark due to a fixed sun shade construction on the balcony. It was almost pitch black without the lights on during the day. The area is rather industrial, but the walk to cafes and restaurants is very short. "
