The Livanio husband and wife team were beyond delightful and friendly. The room was perfect for 2 people. The location is walking distance to port, local beaches, bus station, and many restaurants and bars. Will definitely stay here next time

Fantastic accomodation! Amazing location, spacious & clean rooms, free parking around the corner for our ATV, lots of restaurants and cafes very close by, bus stop on the same street. It is perfect! The host John was so kind and friendly and made you feel like you were apart of the family. He helped us with everything we needed and I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more!

I recently stayed at Livanios Studios in Milos, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The host was incredibly friendly and hospitable, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant and memorable. From the moment I arrived, their warm welcome made me feel right at home. One of the highlights of my stay was how the host assisted in organizing a fantastic boat trip, offering great recommendations on the best places and beaches to visit. This personal touch truly enhanced my holiday, allowing me to explore the beautiful island of Milos with ease. The location of Livanios Studios is perfect. It’s conveniently close to the bus station and a supermarket, making it easy to get around and pick up any essentials. There are also plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby, adding to the convenience and enjoyment of my stay. I highly recommend Livanios Studios to anyone visiting Milos. The exceptional hospitality and ideal location made my trip unforgettable, and I will definitely be back!

The most accommodating and kind hosts! We loved the area and we’re to happy to be in such helpful hands. Make sure you book an atv or scooter (needs a special license) with a reputable company ahead of time!! You’ll need it to get around since taxis are all over 20 euro no matter how short the drive is. Our atv broke twice and stranded us! Shop around for the best price and never trust your first quote to be the best. Great location to pick up rentals too all in walking distance.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Livanios Studios. The owner, John, accommodated us in every way possible, even going out of his way to make sure we could check in early. He helped arrange a cheap car rental to explore the island, not to mention the comfortable and beautiful property. Our room had a great patio to look over the city and a great king size bed to sleep in on. Book here now! Best choice on Milos, maybe even in all of Greece.

John and Maria were the perfect couple. As soon as we got there, they greeted us with the biggest smiles. They were informative and we tried everything they suggested and it made our trip perfect. If John suggests something do it cause he really knows what he’s talking about. Livanios studios was amazing. The air conditioning was incredible and we had very hot days. There is a little area to sit just outside your door and even a rack to dry your clothes. John is always available and so kind. The room itself was immaculate. It was so clean. The shower and big and had awesome pressure. There is a safe in the room and a mini fridge. This hotel is on the main drag and so close to the port. Walking with our backpacks in the morning was easy to get to and we were close to all of the restaurants and the action. This is definitely a 10/10. We would love to come back and I will send all of my friends and family their way. Thank you John and Maria, you made us feel like family.

Nous étions à Milos pour 2 nuits à cet hôtel. Accueil et communication parfaits. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, aidants et habitent sur place. Notre studio était spacieux et impeccable. Le matelas était un peu dur pour moi. Emplacement très biens pour marcher vers le port, les restos et boutiques. Un peu bruyant puisque directement sur la route principale, mais pas la nuit. Le déjeuner n’est pas inclu , mais il y a des marchés un peu partout. Le ménage n’est pas fait pendant le séjour, mais ce n’était pas nécessaire pour nous. Bref, un bon choix pour visiter Milos rapport qualité/prix.

部屋は広くて清潔です。シャワーの水圧もよく、排水についても全く問題ありませんでした。場所は、港から近いので船で島に出入りしてボートツアーだけを楽しむ場合は自動車はなくても大丈夫です。港近くにスーパーも薬局もあります。（でも、自動車であちこちのビーチに行くのもおすすめです。）Wifiの接続はとても良かった。他のホテルではなかなかつながらなかったSwitchがここではつながりました。部屋には電子ロック式の金庫がありました。 また、すぐ近くに小さいのですがコインランドリーがあります。 外観は白い壁に青で、あちらこちらに猫がいて、まさにギリシャの島での生活、を満喫できました。
