"The service was excellent. I booked for my elderly parents who were attending a wedding nearby. I called ahead of time to ensure everything was taken care of, the gentleman I spoke with was so helpful from beginning to end. He even called me back to next day to ensure I had paid for parking so my parents wouldn’t have to deal with it when they got here. "The stay was great, building is in a great spot downtown. We were working a tradeshow at the Enercare center, and the walk was about 10 minutes which was idea. The building has great amenities like a gym, pool, hot tub, and sauna. We made sure to take advantage of these amenities daily. The condo is small, and its not arranged in the best way (dishwasher opens into bed). But the bed was comfy, and stocked with most things you need to cook small meals, etc. The only thing that I recommend to...

"Generally good experience and good communication. Very clean. Great view through floor to ceiling windows in living room and bedroom. Check-in instructions were clear (although I wish I had gotten them a bit earlier ). Minor drawbacks: 1. Extra bed had broken springs(?) in one corner causing it to sag 2. Dishwasher would not stay closed and kept falling open."
