"Beautiful location and stunning building, only ourselves and the owners there on our two night stay. Lovely staff. Friendly owners. Unfortunately the room was pretty tired and bathroom needed a good overall. Old marked shower enclosure. Crumbling walls round the shower unit. Shower coming away from wall and mould round taps. "There's not a lot of hotels in Caltagirone to choose from. Even so, this one is worth a night or two if you are going to the town itself or even Villa Romana. The rooms are clean, comfortable and bathrooms seem well maintained. Best reason to go though is the outstanding dinner and wine from the owners vineyard. Overall a nice experience."
