"The front desk staff was very professional and cordial. The breakfast on the first day was cold and raw. After notifying the front desk about that experience, the breakfast on the second day was "decent". I wouldn't say it was good but at least it wasn't as raw as the first day. This is definitely an area that needs to be improved. Other than that, it was a good stay at your facility. Thank you"

"It was clean but not a good deep clean as there was dirt on the bathroom floor. The king bed was so uncomfortable that my husband and I kept waking up in pain all night long. We thought about leaving and not staying a second night, but didn’t want to lose our money. The bed was our biggest issue as it caused us to be tired and sore, versus having a good nights rest. My husband tried to lay on the couch and that was just as bad. The pool was cold and our special needs son who loves the water...
