"The staff was barely aware of our arrival despite a reservation made weeks prior to our trip. There is no hot water so staff provided us with buckets with boiled water to shower. Toilets smelled badly and some were lacking a seat. The lighting is poor. On weekends the hotel is extremely loud as there is a public cinema in front of the hotel and there is music coming from every direction. Overall the staff was helpful and the breakfast tasty.
