The property as a whole seemed clean, well stocked and the front-desk staff friendly and accommodating. As for the room, our A/C choices were either hot or arctic blast, the phone didn't work, the beds were really lumpy, water pressure in the shower was low and two of the outlets in the bathroom were broken.

The property needs to update their GPS address. Waze and Google Maps could not find the exact address. I had to look for an address near the hotel so my wife could get close enough to visually see the hotel. When my wife checked out another couple asked her how she found the hotel because they also had trouble finfing it. The front desk clerk was unaware of the problem.

The night staff was so kind. Clean rooms for the most part. Breakfast was great and the morning staff was just as great as the night staff. Beds are super comfortable!

No much to eat around the property. If you book a room using a third-party they don’t reserve the room you paid for, they give it to whoever gets there first. Is better to book straight with the hotel so they can save your room

what I most like about the property was it was near the freeway and other things I needed to do without use of GPS what I didn't like about it, was no where to chill like at bar area like the other holiday inn have, but overall experience was good ,,
