"Location was close to the lake and had a great view and was close to nearby attractions. The hotel lacked an elevator, gym, pool and was older. I don’t mind and older hotel which is nostalgic but it needed some amenities. Restaurants were convenient."

The property itself is wonderful and unique. It takes a boat ride to get there and we as guests have an option of taking a wooden boat (Environmentally conscious) vs a speed boat. We have the Raffles staff receiving us on land, escorting us to a reception area while our bags are tagged and loaded into a boat to...

"The location had a great view of the city and the mountains. The pool was clean and the staff was nice. Things that could have been better. The rooms could have been more air tight and the hotel could use to invest in a water system for the washrooms water. It was hard water and it was not the best on the skin"
