"Hotel is just across the road to the park and ride that's great the room was ok but could have done with a hover as had crumbs on the floor by tv and side of the bed. We had dinner at hotel curry but its was just like what you get as cheap meal from a supermarket in a microwave and at £25 each was not cheap that was a let down "

"Booked a last minute stay and decided on The Queen at Chester and im glad we did. Hotel was lovely and clean, all staff friendly and polite. We got a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. We only had a slight issue in that we went up for another drink during breakfast and staff thought we left and cleared our table so when we came back someone else was sat there. But we got a new table no problem! And breakfast was lovely with lots of choice. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."

"Hotel is very nice, could benefit from a map as some areas of the hotel (eg the rear garden) seen inaccessible. Also it seemed that the spa could only be reached by going outside and around the car park, I’m sure there is another way through the hotel but not sign posted or detailed on the app that you get for hotel info. Other than this small point the hotel is very nice. "

"We loved the location and the rooms,we had a room overlooking the River Dee. The room looked to be clean on anrrival but around the edges was full of dust and the bathroom again just needed that little extra touch. Check in was easy and friendly. Bonus was free parking. Just unfortunate the restaurant was closed (we did know about this) Overall we would stay again."
