"This is a great option for a quick stay. We stayed two nights. The hotel prices were crazy high all over NYC. The room, while pricey and small, was very clean and we had a very comfortable stay. It was nice and quiet. There was also an upstairs terrace with a coffee and tea station. The front desk staff were super helpful and helped us with very detailed public transportation directions. "This will be my go-to hotel from now on. I love NYC and Bryant Park is a favorite spot. Every staff member I engaged with was terrific from the front desk: Levi and his colleague (who I cannot remember her name - apologies) to the lovely woman who works in Sales I chatted with, to the Lounge staff and finally Ivan at the bar/restaurant. All were wonderful and really made my stay even better. Thank you!"
