"I stayed at El Greco in February of 2020 hotel was booked through Expedia.com location was great I was able to move around locally my biggest problem is El Greco still did not refund my Deposit that I should have receive at the end of my stay providing there was no issues regarding the property . El Greco please do the right thing send my refund."

"I paid over $1800.00 to stay at the Grandiosa between 5/26-6/15/20 and they were not open for business due to COVID-19. I have made numerous calls with no response. Hotels.com have tried as well with no response. I don’t believe that they are still a functioning hotel. "I made a reservation and received a confirmation email to state that my booking was successful and that we would make payment at the property. When we got to the property, the security had no record of the booking and we did not receive the apartment phase number we would be staying. He stated that the office was also closed so there was no one to call and reconcile this with. I was very disappointed as I had stayed there in April and was looking forward to coming back."
