We liked the staff at the resort. Many of them were very attentive to our requests and spent time talking to us. We liked the pools at both resorts and the beach area was great with lounge & adirondack chairs. The buffet was big enough that we always found something that we liked. The nightly shows were entertaining and the entertainment crew were fun people. The bartenders were also all nice folks. We liked the kayaks & paddle boards that were included. However, we had a few problems with the room. Our air conditioner broke & when it was fixed we could no longer adjust the temperature. Our water went out for a night. The ceiling fan needed attention. There were never enough towels & floor mats, and we only got a pool towel one day. Also, the tropical drinks are watered down, and not worth the calories. Lastly, I didn't like that the resort giftshops gave us less of an exchange rate for our American dollars when purchasing snacks & gifts.

Some of the staff were very unpleasant, rude, the service was terrible had us waiting a whole day for toilet paper and towels. The food as not that good and most of the waitress were rude and they would ignore us when we would ask for water. They would leave the tables dirty we had to ask for them to clean it got us please and they would give us attitude.

1) Staff was amazing thanks to the entertainment, cleaning, front desk and the bartenders and the restaurant crew you were all awesome. 2) My draw back for not offering 5 stars is the bathroom situation and the lack of Jamaican food. Toilet would not flush it took an average of 3 to 5 flushes. The shower situation was water kept runing out after every showering. Food choice was boring almost the same thing daily. A variation of food would be nice, or offer different stations. 3) The iron in my room did not work and no iron board. There was a gap under the door, I had to place a towel at the door at nigths. Also the walls had dead bugs and under the bed was dirty with dust and debris. 4) Our lining was stained and after two weeks the sheet was not changed but the bed was made. These are management issues not staff. The staff did the best they could. Beach and pool area is great but limited activities for families. Decameron is not fit to be a resort for a full week. It is ok for a 3day stop. Best of luck but i will not be staying here again.

I love the beach on this property, The staff was amazing, they treat you like family. The entertainment wasn’t that great, I think they could step up on that one. Over all I give it a 9 out of ten

Some of the dining staff were very rude and got upset when you ask for napkins, a straw or extra water. One staff was upset when my son asked for a clean fork because something was on it. She came to the table, looked at it and threw it down and said it was clean. I told her to look at it again it looks like dried up food. She said no, that's how the machine washes it.I once again asked for a new fork and she rolled her eyes and walked away. She came back 5 minutes later and threw the fork down.On the third day we happened to get her as a sever again she was just unpleasant. We noticed that it wasn't just with us and other people were having the same experience. She was the only one that didnt have a name badge. Rooms need to be updated and need a deep cleaning. Mold was on the curtains and lamp cover and hair was on the floor and sheets.There was no towels or wash cloths in the room after the wait to get in the room. The maintenance men tried to come in the room two days in a row while my family was trying to rest to clean the air ducts.The first time they just showed up with 5 guys and security with no call or notice. My husband turned them away because my daughter was in the shower. The front desk called the next day while we were sleep. The bathroom floor stayed wet the whole time due to how the shower was made so housekeeping told us to use towels but didnt want to give us extra towels.This is my 4th time in Jamaica but my first and last time at this resort. 5days4night

Please don’t pay attention to the previous views. Took my daughter and her friend here and we all had a blast. This property was amazing great location everyone there was very kind. The food was good me being a pescatarian this place had things for me to eat. Walking distance to the clubs they even had one on the property. Where all ready setting our next trip back. Samatha was a sweetheart and Caliba, Rowj also the one that checked us in, you guys was great.

First night no blankets & only 2 bathroom towels for 2 adults and an 11 year old child even after calling the front desk and walking to the front desk to request it hours earlier. Food options were extremely limited and often ran out, spent a lot of time eating out which defeated the point of going to an all inclusive resort. Staff at beach grill at times behave as though they are doing you a favor to be there, waiting time to be served is 3 times longer than it takes to eat the actual meal. This is my third , worst and possibly final stay at this resort. I am not sure what changed but the staff seem defeated and uninterested.
