"We stayed for 4 nights. The hotel is well located to several beaches and the grounds are very well maintained. The rooms are clean. We did not stay at the hotel, we stayed in one of the rooms(called a suite) within the hotel grounds. Staff at the front desk were polite and check in/out process was quick and easy. "We enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we had a wonderul room. However, the cleanliness in the dining room was rather poor. The tables never got cleaned properly. The crumbs were just brushed of the table so it was left very sticky. I always used alcohol hand gel during breakfast. The cudlery could have also been cleaner. "The grounds of the hotel are very nice, good size pools, but the buildings, rooms, restaurant is in very poor condition, lights are not working on the paths, no shades on the pool areas, the dirty windows and walls in the dinning room. "Big unit and ac worked but that’s about it. Weekly clean and towel change only. Everything including pool shut down from 2-5pm in 45C heat?? Espresso and food overpriced by triple than everywhere else. More of a unit rental and your on your own. You can get a hotel for what I paid with full service in a major tourist area rather than this place. Tired building and far from beach, staff service non existent in any front. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or help."
