However, the restaurant service is poor--slow, tables not ready for reservation time (even when few people, they had us wait in the lobby and then after leading us to the table they combined them in front of us while we waited in between diners/other tables). Room Service had to come twice because they 'forgot' part of the order. Basically, the kitchen needs work! The maintenance of the room balcony areas were not clean. The buildings needed...

"I love all of the beautiful touches around the property, such as the flowers, benches, fire pit, and statuary. There were only a couple of very small issues. There was part of a used bar of soap in the bathroom and the bathroom also had a few ants around the tub. And with the new Roku TV, we weren't able to watch anything but the Roku channel."
