Everything was wonderful. My only issue is that the lobby bar closed at 10:45 . We came in on a Saturday night at 10:54 and wanted a glass of wine. This was not possible. We felt they could have got us the glass and left a handwritten charge to our room . This would indicate a customer focus vs a facility rules focus.

This is a very eclectic and interesting hotel. Not your run of the mill hotel! Every staff member was so accommodating. It was close to the basilica, square and metro. A short walk to the many other restaurants and attractions. We truly enjoyed our stay!

The property itself was nice with eclectic artwork and friendly staff. It’s an old historic build with lots of charm. No food or snacks, so plan accordingly. Parking was a bit nightmarish since we arrived in a pickup, no valet available for larger vehicles. We had to self park a few blocks away, a bit of a hassle when we just wanted to start our vacation.

Absolutely beautiful place!! Valet parking totally worth it as parking in Old Montreal is difficult. Hotel is just a block from Basilica and within walking distance of lots of restaurants, shops, and major sights

This hotel is an art lovers' paradise. Every square inch of wall space is covered. As importantly, the staff were polite, friendly, very helpful. The hotel is in the middle of Vieux Montreal, bike paths, great food, great shopping, and easy walking distance to other areas of the city. A great stay!
