"Room was very nice and facilities more than adequate. Not sure if they had a gym but wasn’t looking for one this trip. Lovely section of town-old Montreal. A little inconvenient because of ongoing street construction "

"Reading light on the bed side was not working, tv were not working, we were 3 in the room and only 2 set of towels in the bathroom, we ask the front desk and that got fixed. breakfast service is terrible, seems that it could be better organize, we were 6, reserved our table as requested by the hotel, on server placing ppl and the 3 other servers (including the bartender from night before) did not seem to take order right away. We were kind of in a hurry, but service could be more efficient....

"Hotel is beautiful Lovley impressive lobby and rooms . Staff at check in were rude and curt no bar or restaurant open on our arrival at 2030 told to order room service if we wanted something. Nothing nearby either . Check out girl was friendly "

"Lovely room, very large and clean. Great bathroom - a compendium would have been useful, as the shower was very confusing. Had a very nice dinner and lunch in the restaurant, and the hot tubs were lovely. Beautiful garden area as well. The information on the webste mentioned laundry facilities, however a request to use a machine for one load (which we would do ourselves) led to such confusion and consternation, that we let it go. A shame, because there was not a coin laundry to be found, even...
