"I haven't seen a better spa experience. The indoor pool, steam room, sauna, and the outdoor hot tub with the most amazing view is the best I have ever ever witnessed. I used to look forward to come back in time and make use of them. Breakfast spread is very diverse and delicious too. The service is top notch. Only a small gripe that got taken care of in no time. We booked a 'Comfort Double Room'. The pictures on hotel.com suggested that it has balcony with mountain view. When we reached there, they said we had an upgrade to a triple room, which was apparently bigged. However, after checking in we realized that the triple rooms was a bit stuffy and with no balcony. We requested a change and they were kind enough to do that. "

"Great property, fantastic views, wonderful appointments, and great host. Biggest challenge was the uphill climb with luggage. Again, worth the climb for the spectacular views. Would love to come back! "

"Nice hotel, excellent location next to train station. Views of Mount Roger and other mountains were amazing. They have a restaurant but we didn't use. Room was big, excellent view mount Eiger and other Alps mountains. Reception Staff were very good and helpful. Would love to stay there again. Only negative thing was breakfast, very disappointing, not much to choose from, the breakfast staff was grumpy. Need to improve on breakfast. No kettle in room, no tea or coffee. Need to consider that especially for guests coming after long flight and then train or car journey. "
