"The hotel and staff were excellent, however on arrival we were no treated very nice, I had requested early check up and when we arrived I was told they were no rooms available till later, I was upset and insisted on the gentleman to please check the reservation, it was not until that moment that he change his behavior and say that they had rooms available, and would give me my upgraded room later. The rest of the staff was great, the place is also beautiful. "

"Hotel Alameda centro histórico is a nice place to stay in Morelia although there is plenty hotel in the historic center at reasonable prices. It could be better if they offer a half way de ent breakfast for the kind of hotel the breakfast is very poor"

"This is a great hotel and the second time we've stayed here. The staff is very helpful and polite. Only issue we had was the service elevator was broken so the elevators were limited to customers due to staff using the regular elevators. Would highly recommend staying here for your next visit to Morelia. We'll be back soon "
