"They allowed us to check in two hours early, which was great as we were there for a wedding that day. The rooms are a bit dated but everything was clean and neat and we got a credit for snacks and toiletries. The facilities are beautiful, especially the restaurant and the observatory. And right next to the train station. A hidden gem! "

"The property was very nice. I didn't like the fact, that 2 days before my arrival, I was cancel and booked me in Marriot Hanover hotel, according to them, was due to maintenance issues. My son, argued & talked to the sales manager. They let me in, but, transfer the booking to other members of my family to Marriot hotel. I think, they overbooked. We were part of a family wedding, we choose to be together."

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our sink as soon as we checked in. The front desk representative reported it right away and even made sure we knew it was fixed when we returned. The rooms were clean and the beds/pillows were comfortable. The hotel had a welcoming feel to it. Any time you saw a staff member they were always asking if you needed any assistance. "
