"Lovely resort with lots of great food options and within driving distance with a lot of activities. Staff was amazing - the room was extremely clean and great to stay in. The only things that could use improvement on is the casino floor and pool. The casino floor needs to have better ventilation. "I first came across the receptionist named Tabitha, who was amazing very sweet very nice very attentive and made it a pleasant experience when checking in. The only issue that I had was the people that stayed upstairs above me from 9 PM to 5 AM ran and banged and jumped in did everything possible that they could do which made me not be able to get any sleep at all. Great location for going skiing or snow tubing at blue mountain and about 40 minutes to the Poconos outlet"

"Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement. "
