"Cleanest of total 6 hostel/capsules I've stayed. The property is well maintained. Nothing falling apart or looks dirty. Large sitting lounge can sit 8-10 people comfortably. Most of my 13 nites stay I see only mostly 2-4 people in there. Sometimes there is a larger group. Large CLEAN & COMFORTABLE sitting lounge, not a large cafeteria w/just tables/chairs, promotes interaction amongst people. That is what happened there. The street is a high-end(ish) Rodeo Drive -lite like street. VERY NICE...

"I stayed at quite a few hotels during my recent Tokyo trip and this was by far my favorite hotel. The room temperature was comfortable as often times I encountered that Tokyo hotel rooms are kept too hot during winter and there’s no way to cool them. This was not the case at Rose Garden. "The rooms are small compared to standard hotel rooms. Large luggage can be difficult to fit in the room although I was able to use the couch to hold it while visiting. The double bed was very comfortable! The pillows were hard and small - there were 4 pillows provided with two smaller ones and two hard memory foam pillows shaped to support the neck. And the escalator at the front is not understandable why they don’t build two escalators in two directions instead of only having a single escalator that required the staff to manually change the direction.
