"I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. "We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. "We had a great stay at this property. Location is very central and close to restaurants, shops & the beachclubs. Good amount of space, 2 beds, 2 bath, clean, modern, very comfortable. AC worked very well and had separate meters for the common area and the two bedrooms which was a great plus. "

"The rooms are very tired and in need of refurbishment, the staff are not friendly, the rooms need improved cleaning, we have booked these rooms for a number of years but not anymore!"
