"Carpet in hallway is stained in numerous places. Cleaning glove left on the vanity of my room at check-in. No one at the front desk when attempting to check-in."

"Overall property was very close to campus which was convenient. Hotel is located of I20 near plenty of restraunts and shopping options. Hotel experience was good overall they were doing imlprovements during my stay which didnt wffect our stay. Overall should be even better when complete. I would definitely stay there again if my son attends the university."

"The breakfast was very good. The lady working the breakfast area was extra super nice and accommodating. She made sure everyone had what they requested, kept the food areas refilled, kept the tables clean, and even brought e a bottle of water when I was checking out. My room was clean, but the carpet is old and not as clean. The bathtub didn't drain. The in room coffee machine was clean and stocked with good coffee. Overall, my stay was enjoyable and I will stay there again."

"Price is good, place was clean. The maid was friendly and we did try to communicate but she didn't speak English and I didn't speak her language. The door didn't close tight so cold air was coming in through the crack. We keep the heater on to stay warm. We also kept all the locks on the door locked for security. But over all, it was a good stay."
