"The room we stayed in (The Charlotte) is an odd shape, and small, but it was perfect for our needs. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were given permission to drop off our luggage early, although they don’t allow early check-ins. When we arrived, we were doubly surprised and blessed to be able to check in early and enjoy our day in beautiful Vancouver. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet, and we highly recommend the Douglas Guest House. "

The stained bed, the black mold in the bathroom, the disgusting scent in the rooms, the stained ceilings and walls, and the top it off, the owner is an absolute scum bag! I’d rather sleep out in negative weather than sleep there."
