"The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great. Good water pressure too. The not so good was the fact that we started out with not even a quarter roll of toilet paper and quickly ran out and waited hours for more to arrive. Finally I had to swipe some off a cleaning cart. They didn’t clean our room every other day as requested. The cleaning woman walked into our room while we were there, didn’t knock…good thing we were clothed. And the breakfast was rough. "Great initial experience, finding the block after a 12 hour flight was a challenge, directions to the block could be better. Back door leading to balcony, the lock wasn't working on it, the staff communicated with me via email very well. Told me the door lock had been examined and was fine, I'm Not convinced. Great apartment, but that made me feel unsafe. "
