"Decent enough hotel just a short drive from the Messe, where I was working for a week, and the centre of Cologne. There is a train station nearby too, though didn't seem to be any restaurants in walking distance which wasn't ideal after a long day/week working at the show when the hotel restaurant doesn't open on a Sunday. Breakfast is ok, not a 4 star hotel. For breakfast we had a full house of some kind of contractors.... Parking is free. I wouldn’t recommend"

"We booked last minute but ridiculously overpriced. The shower backed up on the first night which I informed the attendant the first day and they did nothing about it. I literally had 3 inches of water over the bathroom floor. When I asked the front desk to ask someone to clean it, he said no one was available. I asked for another room and they said they were fully booked. The safe in the room was locked and unable to use it. Again I asked the front desk to have someone look at it and no one ever...
