"This place could be amazing based on its location and layout, but unfortunately it needs some love and attention. The worst feature is by far the bathroom which is utilitarian at best, plus it actually doubles as the washing utility area. There are little things like screw holes in the walls and cheap hooks for hanging clothes which really detract from could be an amazing property. The kitchen is functional and I was able to whip up a decent breakfast with all the appliances available. ...

"We love staying in the 3 bedroom super suite. It's so spacious and very much feels like a home away from home. Views are amazing from the large decks. The check in procedure was extremely painful though. The receptionist was not able to communicate very well and left us baffled at times as to what she was saying. We wanted to park one car for the night, but this became a 15 minute ordeal to arrange. Pieces of paper were shoved in front of me with no explanation as to what I was supposed to...

"Loved the buffet breakfast. Best in New Zealand so far. Mini suite was so comfortable. Enjoyed the complimentary bottle of wine (Expedia) gold member. Very clean room and hotel Spa is not peaceful. Jacuzzi is outside by the pool and filled with kids. Had a nice massage but you don’t get the whole spa r oeriemc"
