"We had an amazing stay here, with phenomenal hospitality and a beautiful room. The room was clean, big and comfy with a beautiful bathroom, and we had everything we needed for our stay. "It was decent. There are safes in the rooms but ours didn’t work. When I told the owner , he said that nobody were using them anyway. I said that people probably didn’t because they were not working, although they looked brand new. He responded that they needed batteries, but they didn’t need any since nobody was using them. This is definitely the wrong answer to qualify for being customer oriented. Some staff lacked grooming."
