To swim and watch kites and eagles overhead is a rare pleasure and now a glorious memory. Criticisms - the room tended to get quite hot and there is public transport but it’s a bit of a walk away, but those a minor criticisms. On the main question - would I go back? Yes. Gladly. "The room was spacious and comfortable, but certainly not worth the price nor rating of a 4.5 star hotel. Hotels.com boasted "4 restaurants" while in actuality there was only one restaurant with 4 different sitting areas with the same menu and you could not choose in which area you wished to sit. The older staff was also not at all friendly and acted a bit annoyed with every question or request. There were also loud noises with the creaking of the wood steps and hallways."

"We had a cosy family room with a nice balcony view. Even more fortunate, it snowed on our first day. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of bread, cold meat and hot bacon/bratwurst and eggs. Will definitely stay at this place if we ever revisit the region"
