"Whoever promotes Japan to foreign tourists needs to experience this place. It sets their efforts back by decades. It is my worst hotel experience anywhere in the world in the last 10 years. This place should be closed until given a major revamp. Best feature: it is convenient to the Subway. "Good location close to public transportation, walkable distance to Osu Shopping Street, and good restaurants nearby. However, the building is outdated and the rooms need some renovation. Some parts of the paper wall was torn in my room. Friendly staff members, and the hotel provides welcome drinks."

"I had enough room to place my suitcase at the end of the bed the breakfeast buffet didnt have alot of options but it kept me satisfied there was a window in my room on the 10 floor but it was directed straight at a wall about half a metre away but u r quite close to 2 subway so u can get pretty much anywhere without to much trouble"

"Of all the hotels I stayed at in Japan, Hotel Trusty in Nagoya had an incredibly good value for the price I paid. It was one of the more affordable hotels from my itinerary, but the room itself was quite spacious (especially considering the sizes that many Japanese hotels are), the location was very central as it was only a couple stops away from Nagoya station itself, and I had an abundance of food options all around me."
