"Location is great to access all the authentication of dinings. There is extra tourist tax 200 yen per person in a day. The space is a bit smaller than what I was expecting. There are no facilities other than laundry areas on Level 2 and Level 3 The bathroom is pretty clean& nice but there are a lot of dust sitting in ventilation holes "

"Had a great stay here for 3 nights with 2 adults, 2 kids. The room was comfortable, immaculate, well equipped. My only complaint about the room would be the fridge temperature - it turned everything to ice by the morning. Great for bottles of water to take out for the day, not so much for left over snacks. We did not use the spa area although the option was available. The breakfast choices were amazing, and they managed the volume of people well. An 8 minute walk from the station, bus stop...

"This hotel is located on Kawaramachi Street which is pretty much the main vein for downtown Kyoto. There is a lot of dining and shopping to do in the area so for the location and price, it was very well worth it. I overheard another hotel user complain about the AC not working in their room and hotel staff not really being able to do anything about that. Also convenient that a lot of the local transportation stops are closeby which included the bus, trains and taxi cabs literally parking in...
