"The hotel staff and everyone at the Midland hotel makes the experience a great stay every time we go, however, the hot water is spotty at best. Last year I didn’t get one hot shower my entire stay. This year, I had exactly one hot shower. Love the hotel, the staff and the rooms are good. Street side rooms are a little noisy since I live in the country and am not used to any traffic. I switched to the opposite side of the building and it was much quieter. Overall, great place to stay!"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful and helped us practice our Swahili. We ate dinner and breakfast at the in house restaurant which was delicious. Our room was great and had everything we needed. We were also able to park in the reserved hotel parking out the front and the security helped us with our bags too.
