My worst stay yet!
Very disappointing overall. Charged for Wifi & parking even though stated free on our voucher. Wifi did not work all weekend but unable to get problem fixed as no reception staff on duty all weekend. Refund given for parking and Wifi t end of stay after complaint. Hotel outside area overgrown and untidy.

Ok hotel, but needs updating.
We stayed at the "Park & Suites Confort Carquefou" for 2 nights. The staff are friendly enough and helpful, which is a plus. Rooms are large and beds are comfortable. There is a kitchenette. Plates, pans, cutlery are all supplied, but there was no washing up liquid, so prepare to buy your own! There is a small on-site gym on the ground floor but I did not have time to use it. Seems to have fairly modern equipment though. The only really bad points was that (1) the rooms are not cleaned every day and our waste bin filled up very quickly. (2) The corridors outside on our floor smelt bad our entire stay. The decor was quite 1970s too. If they updated/cleaned the corridors, or at least emptied the bins, then i'd have given a higher rating.

Family Trip To Nantes
We loved this apartment. For us the biggest plus was using the kitchen facilities with the fridge, stove and microwave. Only disappointment about the kitchen was there should be a kettle and no Wi-Fi. They did however have Ethernet Connection Point. The rooms are spacious with nice bathroom and another big plus was free parking. Excellent location to based, close to the shopping center and tram station. With having the kids, staying an this apartment was so much better and cheaper than staying at a hotel.

Very helpful staff and everything is straightforward,clean and it's all working. The room was comfortable with a pleasant view. Once I had discovered where to eat locally I was content. What was not perfect? - the room itself was serviced and cleaned well but the balcony area outside was not so clean. Also in my room there was no Wi-Fi signal - although an Ethernet cable was provided for a wired connection. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a stop-over or short stay. In particular the staff were very helpful to a traveller who does not speak French well in explaining about local transport etc.

It's a big room, more like a studio. with an upstairs room and bath. Kitchen and living room downstairs. Some kitchen items missing but the staff brought them over when we mentionned it. Ideal for many people as there's beds for 5 people and a little kitchen.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY!!
Everything was very nice at the hotel. It was a little cold the first night because the heaters werent and there was only one blanket. Evething was very clean and it was nice having my own kitchen in my room.
