"The cottage was very clean and beds were very comfortable. It had good heating and the spa was lovely. Breakfast was provided but we did stay 2 nights and felt that the provisions were only for 1 night especially when 4 people booked. We used the resturant and the meal was generous and nice. Dietary requirements were catered for. Unfortunately communication and service could have been better. Overall we enjoyed our stay but a few improvements would help to maintain cliental and see people...

"Rose Cottage had a small fridge but it was generously stocked for breakfast items for the 6 nights of our stay. Location is good. There was pet hair and pet odour on the sofa which we cleaned. The pillow protectors and pillows were stained and not very comfortable. Spa was good. Television was very small and not all channels could be received due to its age. An extra towel rail in the bathroom would have been handy given extra towels used for the spa and for swimming nearby. Rose Cottage...

"Attended our nieces wedding, what a fabulous venue, great food, great atmosphere & lovely surroundings for photos, we stayed in a balcony room the night, big comfortable bed, clean & bright room, amazing big bath & the breakfast served to our room was amazing, staff had everything covered, what truly great experience all round, loved it!"
