"Two adults two teens stayed in a Hollywood Quad room in Jan 2025 after flying into Narita airport. The shuttle bus from airport to hotel was fast and convenient. Front desk staff very helpful sending luggage on (cash only). We had the buffet dinner (easy and very high quality, expensive but worth it) and buffet breakfast (lots of Western and Japanese options). Our room was older but immaculately clean and quiet.
