Great hotel but too far from tokyo and inconvenient, time consuming and expensive to travel to tokyo city.

Staff was very polite and kind. Rooms were kept clean and being right next to the airport made travel very convenient.

The hotel is outdated but clean and staff are so polite and respectful. The shuttle buses in Japan are amazing and so convenient.

My only dislike would be the sheets had stains on them. At first, i thought it was only 1 bed but quickly realized both beds had stained sheets. Overall the stay was pleasant.

the location at the airport is very convenient with the airport shuttle pick up at the arrival, and drop off before departure is perfect for in transit passengers. Hotel is very clean, roomy, although pretty badic. you annot beat the rate of less than 100 with nice breakfast.
