"It was a great stay with great amenities and the unit is very clean"

"Checking in was a pain they had and office with staff on had just didn’t tell you where it was or how to get there. No towels to dry cutlery."

"Provide better instructions on retrieving keys and contact person. Leave instructions in unit on how to use water heater/ AC. We figured out at the end of the stay how to get hot water in the shower. Ensure equipment are functional and not broken. Faucet in the master bedroom was broken. "

"Nice place to visit Kuala Lumpur. The checkin procedure is only via WhatsApp. need a smartphone and an internet connection. But the team is responsive. You should tell more clearly that the rental do NOT provide access to the pool nor the gym room."
