"Lovely hotel. Only disconnect we experienced is the fact that we initially received most likely the worst room in the entire hotel. After double checking my reservation, I asked the front desk to check my reservation and sure enough, I was moved to one of the nicer rooms. That should not happen in the hear 2023! "

"This IS NOT a hotel... when I arrived at 10:00 PM, it was completely dark including the signage. Not a single person was in sight. Nobody answered the phone. No staff was on property. The door was locked. I called the next day and Me Engle told me I had to check in by 9:00 to get a code which give you access to a key box. I strongly suggest that you remove them from your website. Please ensure that I'm not charged for anything. We found a wonderful hotel called the Altes Stahlwerk and...

"Your site says "motel am Outletcenter", but it does not say the actual name of the motel. We checked in at the pizza restaurant on the bottom floor. It was not obvious for us that that was the reception. We had some difficulties explaining to the "non-english" speaking person behind the counter that we had already payed through Pay pal. Luckily there was a guest at the restaurant who was able to translate for us."
