"Friendly helpful staff especially at reception - the gentleman who checked me in spoke excellent English, while the lady who checked me out directed me helpfully to the tramstop from which I could get a ticket to the station. Nice big room with separate lounge area and en-suite bathroom. The small balcony outside was a nice touch. Breakfast was good value, being a buffet with a wide selection. "My room was on the 9th floor and spectacular view of the cathedral. The one big issue I had was the air-conditioning didn't cool the room from 24 C degrees and was therefore too hot to sleep. I couldn't open the windows either. I was bummed because this was my second stay at this hotel which is located in the middle of bustling center."
